Using a CRM without the busywork
A customer list only earns its keep if it saves you time later — otherwise it's just data entry with extra steps.
The failure mode of most CRMs is treating them like a filing cabinet — data goes in, nothing useful comes back out. A customer record is only worth keeping if it changes what you do next.
Keep only what changes a decision
Purchase history tells you who to follow up with. A note about a customer's preference tells you what to offer them next. Contact details tell you how to reach them. Everything else is noise you'll never look at again.
Let it work while you don't
A customer who hasn't bought in 90 days, or who's spent above a threshold, is worth a specific message — not a generic blast. StoreDrop's smart segments and campaigns exist so that message goes out automatically, instead of living on a to-do list you never get to.
